My Story
London based independent singer and songwriter DANIELA shows a long-life passion for music. Originally from Italy, she started her vocal training in Milan with soprano Annamaria Calciolari and after moving to London she went on to study at Master degree levels at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.
DANIELA has a strong studio, performance, vocal coaching and songwriting background. She has been performing in the UK, Italy and the Emirates as part of various line ups like the 20 pieces Jazz Colossus Big Band (Alex Wilson, Omar, Liane Carroll), Denmark Street Big Band. She performed with accomplished musicians like pianist Benjamin Croft, Jonathan Gee, Robin Banerjee (former guitarist of Amy Winehouse) and many others.
Highlight performances include WOW Festival 2016 at Southbank Centre as part of an only women ensemble backing Sister Sledge (Mirth Control by Sandi Togsvig; choir conductor: Jessica Maryon-Davies; orchestra conductors: Sian Edwards and Alice Farnham); together with singing in the immersive theatre production Depart in 2017 (London international festival of theatre LIFT and Spitalfields Music Summer festival) and in 2021 featuring as a guest vocalist at 100 Club in London for the Ray Gelato's new album launch party.
DANIELA often collaborates as a top liner, songwriter and session vocalist for pop, r'nb and electro swing independent labels and/or producers.
She is working on her solo original music project, which will saw her debut single "Lies" coming out at the end of 2021.
